Placemaker Pro is a vertically integrated design, finance, development, construction, and property management firm. From our first New Jersey townhome over a decade ago to our Central Texas expansion in 2022, we have always focused on high-density, walkable, urban infill projects that honor the history of the communities we serve. We believe development should be a neighborhood catalyst, which is why we push for human-scaled design and prioritize the “street-level” experience for residents of all backgrounds.
Because we are vertically integrated, we manage the entire project lifecycle of each development. This includes in-house architectural, design, urban planning, financing, and construction services. Placemaker Pro’s unique structure allows us to directly control costs and offer a wide array of inclusive housing: senior-friendly garden apartments, multi-generational townhomes, single-family residences, and rental apartments.
