Our unique academic partnership with Baylor University integrates students from the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences into our real-world development process. Through a credit-eligible curriculum we coordinate, faculty-supervised students from the Human Sciences and Design Department contribute conceptual massing studies, interior design explorations, and community outreach campaigns for our projects. Aerodyne Pro serves as Placemaker Pro’s dedicated construction and general contracting arm, delivering the hands-on expertise required to bring our urban infill visions to life. Created and funded directly by Placemaker Pro, Aerodyne Pro is a local engine for economic opportunity that employs residents from the Waco community. Most notably, Aerodyne Pro operates “Aerodyne Insulation,” a full-scale spray foam insulation enterprise operating throughout Central Texas. By managing Aerodyne Pro in-house, we eliminate the disconnect between design and execution, allowing us to maintain rigorous cost controls while ensuring that the quality of our builds matches the character of the neighborhoods we serve.
