Introduction

We expanded our team to Central Texas in 2022, with a particular focus on the historic East Waco neighborhood. Our mission is twofold: (i) actively investing in the existing community by renovating abandoned historic homes and developing vacant lots into new housing and (ii) supporting the City of Waco’s “Elm Avenue Redevelopment Corridor” plan. These "block-by-block" projects are designed to match the local character while providing high-quality housing for current and future residents. Our office renovation in East Waco is underway.
